Work offline and sync changes

LFG List keeps local workspace data so you can continue working through a lost connection. Offline availability depends on what that device has already loaded; it is not a complete download of all your projects’ contents.

Sign in while connected and open the projects and items you expect to use. Allow loading and pending saves to finish. Images and item details that have not been loaded may need a connection later.

Supported item edits, item creation, comments, and preference changes are stored locally and queued for synchronization. Saved offline means the change is on this device, not yet confirmed by the server.

Searches and filters can show locally available matches, but cannot prove that no other matching item exists on the server. A fresh query or uncached page may require a connection.

Project administration, invitations, purchases, new uploads, and enabling a notification device require online services. A disabled control can reflect this requirement rather than a broken page.

  1. Restore your connection and return to LFG List.
  2. Allow queued changes and the current project to sync.
  3. Confirm the item’s indicator changes to Saved, or read any error shown.
  4. Check another device only after the original device has sent its pending changes.

Changes made by teammates or connected tools arrive through synchronization. Reopening the app or refreshing its project data can retrieve newer information while online.

If a change will not save, check the error, sign-in state, project access, and whether the item was moved to Trash. A conflicting newer edit or a lost permission can require attention even after connectivity returns.

Do not clear site data, uninstall the app, or sign out as the first recovery step while work is Saved offline. Those actions can remove unsynced local data. Preserve important unsynced text separately, then contact support with the error and item key if you cannot recover.
