Product support

For help signing in, using LFG List, or resolving a product problem, email support@lfglist.com.

You can also use the support form.

Include what you were trying to do, what you expected, what happened, and the exact error. Add the project or item key, device/browser, app version, and whether you were offline when relevant. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions, account deletion, or other personal-data requests, email privacy@lfglist.com.

Send account requests from the email address associated with your LFG List account when possible.

Security reports

To report a suspected security vulnerability, email security@lfglist.com.

Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before LFG List has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.

Abuse reports

To report abusive users, unlawful content, or misuse of LFG List, email abuse@lfglist.com.

Include enough context to identify the relevant account, project, or content without sharing unrelated personal information.
