Common issues

This section will collect quick fixes for common LFG List issues.

  • Confirm you are signed in with the expected account.
  • If email verification is required, use the newest verification email.
  • If a Personal Access Token stops working, create a new token and revoke the old one.
  • Confirm the correct project is selected in the sidebar.
  • Check whether you are viewing Active, Complete, or Trash.
  • Clear filters if the current view says there is nothing to show.
  • Refresh the page if another device or tool recently changed the project.
  • Reopen the item if the detail panel looks stale.
  • Confirm the item still exists and has not been moved to Trash.
  • If a recurring item did not create the next item, confirm it moved into a complete status.
  • Confirm the server URL is https://mcp.lfglist.com/mcp.
  • Confirm the token is sent as an Authorization: Bearer header.
  • Confirm your MCP client supports remote Streamable HTTP servers.
  • Confirm your Personal Access Token is active in Settings > Integrations > Access tokens.
  • If the agent cannot perform an action, check the MCP tools reference to confirm the tool exists.

Capture the project name, item key if available, browser, and the exact action that failed. Do not include Personal Access Tokens or other secrets in screenshots or bug reports.
